The tapestry of self …you were created in God’s image, more than a conqueror, redeemed from the past.
Now, the word redeem in the Greek means to purchase back from the market of sin. What were your sins that were nailed to the cross?
Were you abused?
Are you feeling bad because you were being told it was your fault? Well, the purchase from the market was just that. You are not what they said you were. Even Satan will try to take that and whisper things to you that you are not.
You are born again.
All that you were from the past up to now, you are not. You are Christ workmanship, poem, written script…don’t allow anyone to steal from you what Christ has redeemed you from.
