What have you lost that you need to? Reclaim, or recover?

 

Your confidence?

Your boldness or the ability to be outspoken?

The ability to accept that you are worthy of good things?

Your marriage?

YOURSELF?

The ability to be grateful?

The ability to be content with what you have?

Can you name other things that you know you have lost or others have lost?

What can we do to recover it (them) back?

 

- Look up a verse to encourage yourself with the opposite word.

- Pray that God will help us lift the burden and remember his burdens are lite.

- Pray

- Rejoice in the circumstances (Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thess. 5:16-18

- Smile and pray for better. 

- Hope
